  • Easy to Use Precision Operation - Operating speeds, sealing temperatures, and air pressure can be individually controlled and regulated to seal and close a wide variety of bag styles.
  • Sealer Closer - Provides a strong, sift-proof closure on pinch style bags required for a wide variety of bulk and consumer products.
  • Folder Section - Extra long folder provides smooth, wrinkle-free folds, and is easy to adjust and clean.
  • Cast Iron Heat Bars - Heat bars are spring loaded to provide full face contact. Bars are eight inches long for more efficient sealing on gusseted bags. Available in lengths of 40" or 56".
  • Compression Section - Heavy-duty compression section handles even the toughest bags. Special belts provide long life and service.
  • Bag Top Carrier Chain - Special flat face chains securely grip the bag top to provide precise sealing and folding.
  • Air Safety Switch - The Air Safety Switch shuts down the power to the heating element if the air supply is interrupted.
  • Digital Temperature Controls - Digital temperature controls provide precise and even temperature to heater bars and manifold.
  • Heavy-Duty Construction - Open-top steel plate main frame and welded tube floor stand provide long life and dependability. The open top design allows easy access during routine maintenance.
