The Infinity™ Accumulation Table uses our patented technology to accumulate and single file even the most unstable of products at speeds that are unmatched in the industry. Using their patented loop technology, Garvey® handles products with no backpressure, no breakage, no label damage and minimal noise.

The Infinity™ Accumulator is a zero pressure accumulation system that is surprisingly simple, efficient and easy to maintain. This patented system can be installed as a multi-laning device, a buffer system or an unscrambler. It can also orient and flip products.

The Infinity™ 3D Accumulation System

 N/A Unscramble flow wrapped and rectangular bags and boxes with the Infinity™ 3D. Not only can it single file rectangular products, but it can also be used as a line splitter to feed a sleever in two lanes. It does this using our patented conveyor loop and product orientation slide. It works great with frozen trays, granola bars, snack cakes, etc. Like all of our Infinity™ buffer tables, it accumulates product to smooth out efficiencies between machine centers.

Single-Serve Coffee Capsule Infinity™

 N/A This Infinity™ Accumulation table accepts single-serve coffee capsules in a first in first out configuration. They are flipped before entering the Infinity™ and are flipped back after out-feeding through the use of c-chutes. This Infinity™ can out-feed the cups through five lanes, three of which keep the up-side down orientation.

Out-feed rates can be as high as 600 cpm per lane.

The Infinity™ was designed to meet the needs of industries with the strictest regulations in need of conveyor accumulators. All interior surfaces can be angled to prevent foreign materials from collecting, and metal-to-metal surfaces have been minimized to eliminate entrapment. The system also provides complete access to all interior and exterior surfaces for easy cleaning, to meet FDA standards.
