Unique closed cabinet slack/taut belt checkweigher for the most demanding small/light package applications

This checkweigher ensures correct package content. With high accuracy performance to better than ±50 mg at 3 sigma, it can detect the presence or absence of the lightweight descriptive pamphlet that is legally required within cartoned products. Designed to GMP standards, the Versa Rx Pharma Checkweigher provides a superior quality assurance tool for the pharmaceutical industry.

It handles high-rate lines with ease and utilizes a single, brushless motor drive. It is capable of weighing products from 2 g to 500 g at speeds up to 550 ppm, depending on the size of the pack.
