Additional Information

Additional Information

N/A TSC-030 Tri-Seal Carton Closer handles cartons with a major flap front and side seal closure.

TSC-030 Carton Closing Sequence:
Cartons are received into the TSC-030 Closer at random where they are automatically timed into the gluing section. Glue is applied to the major and minor flaps by the Nordson® glue applicator. The carton is then transported to the closing section where the first cylinder pushes the carton at a 90 degree angle into the compression section, folding down the top cover. The second cylinder pushes the carton up into the compression section, which folds down the minor flaps. At this point all three flaps are folded and under compression. The next available carton entering the compression section moves the previous carton up into the discharge section. The discharge cylinder removes the carton from the compression section.

Note

Note

N/A Carton discharge height varies with the carton height.

Speed is dependent on carton material and size. Check with your sales support to determine maximum cycle speed for your application.
